Warm Chocolate Fondant


200 G Melted Butter
200 G Melted Chocolate
4 Egg Yolks
6 Eggs
60 G Flour
150 G Sugar


  1. Mix butter and chocolate.
  2. Whip the eggs and yolks with sugar until it is pale.
  3. Pour melted butter and cholcolate mixture on to the eggs.
  4. Fold in the flour.
  5. Grease ramekins.
  6. Divide chocolate mixture into 15-16 ramekins.
  7. Place in the fridge till use.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10 minutes. It puffs up like a souffle.
