Warm Chocolate Fondant

Ingredients
200 G Melted Butter
200 G Melted Chocolate
4 Egg Yolks
6 Eggs
60 G Flour
150 G Sugar
Method
- Mix butter and chocolate.
- Whip the eggs and yolks with sugar until it is pale.
- Pour melted butter and cholcolate mixture on to the eggs.
- Fold in the flour.
- Grease ramekins.
- Divide chocolate mixture into 15-16 ramekins.
- Place in the fridge till use.
- Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 10 minutes. It puffs up like a souffle.
