Ingredients

1 Can Litchis
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1 Cup Mixed Nuts
2 Cans Condensed Milk
2 Cans Fresh Cream
½ Cup Fresh Milk

Method

1. Drain the litchis .fill the leeches with a mixture of coconut, nuts and 2 tbsp. Of condensed milk.
2. Set leeches in a dish.
3. To the remaining mixture of coconut, nuts & condensed milk add condensed milk, fresh cream & fresh milk. Beat the mixture with a beater.
4. Pour the mixture over the litchis. Sprinkle with mixed nuts and serve.
5. Chill in the fridge till cool before serving
