Kanchan’s Italian Corn Rice

| Ingredients
1 Tsp Butter
1 Tin Cream Style Corn
1 Tin Corn Kernels
1 Bottle Red Pesto
Chili Flakes
3-4 Cups Cooked Rice
1 Tsp Corn Flour
1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Cream
½ Cup Water
Salt
Black Pepper
Red Chilli Pepper
Method
- Melt 1 tsp butter
- Add milk
- Mix corn flour with little extra milk and add to hot milk. Stir till thick
- Add to corn tins, then season. Switch off heat & add rice
- Heat pesto with cream &water on low heat, add chili flakes
- Layer in an oiled dish or cake pan rice, pesto, rice, pesto, rice
